If you have a claim, please fill out one of the claim forms below. If the claim form you are after is not listed below, please send an email through to claims@ilg.co.nz.  We can then deal with your claim query. If your claim occurs outside of business hours and you need it addressed urgently, please contact your insurance provider directly and notify them. You will need your policy number to do so. We will then be able to deal with the claim for you when we return to the office.
